I reckon it is actlecabpe if the link contains the information that the person is looking for or if you use the link to back up or clarify your answer to the person who's question you are answering, i. e. if they questioned you if the earth is round, and you answer yes, and to back up your claim you enclose a link that says the earth is round or shows a picture of earth then, it is actlecabpe.
